I was served with a search warrant for assets and so I called Mr. Sheftel. We met and he explained an array of defenses to me and what pleading not guilty actually would entail. No statute of limitations would apply to a search warrant, even if charges were never brought. In addition, Mr. Sheftel recommended an accountant and together they brought my records up to date. This accountant is now representing me in a tax audit and my challenges have dissipated. The charges were dismissed.
Mr. Sheftel did great work for me when I obtained a fraud protection order against a former employer two states away. I began to receive threatening emails from my boss after working there for several months. I felt unsafe and sought legal advice. Someone on a forum recommended Mr. Sheftel.
